I have to write you and brag on your incredible staff. I brought our cat in the Saturday morning before Thanksgiving. My precious cat was sick and I was very distraught and disillusioned with the vet I previously had. I sat at my computer, prayed, and Googled veterinarians in Modesto. I phoned a few places and they were closed. I found your office number and called. Debbie answered. She was so kind and helpful. I was able to bring him in right away. Doctor Greer was so loving to us. I was very upset because I was concerned for my cat. she was kind, supportive, understanding and just plain wonderful. My sweet kitty was with you for four nights, in which I know that Doctor Greer did and tried everything to help him. I know he was in the best hands. Very sadly, we had to put him to sleep the day before Thanksgiving. Your entire staff was loving to us that day. Even though my heart is broken, I feel good knowing that we took him to the best place possible. God led us to your precious office. Your staff is a beautiful representation of your professional name. Thank you so much for having a place for people to bring their furry family members. I have been a client or should I say that my pets have been patients of Standiford Veterinary Center for over twenty eight years. They were recommended to us when we first moved to Modesto, and when you find good and caring people, why change?

What I have always appreciated about Doctor Lattig and his staff is that they have been so good to explain to me, in language that I can understand, what is going on with my cat or dog. Even more than that, they listen to me when I explain what I think is going on as well. That mutual respect is something that has always been very important to me, and I appreciate that working relationship I have with them.

Most recently, Doctor Greer has come to have a very special place in my heart. I have seen her work tirelessly and with such compassion in the care of my kitty cat, Max. Doctor Lattig and Doctor Greer, along with their office staff make a great team. With three cats and five dogs, I will definitely be spending a lot more time with Standiford Veterinary Center.

I have had a dog in my life since I was a toddler. I’ve discovered how hard it is to deal with old age in pets, especially since I’m of old age (64) myself. But I’m happy to say that it’s wonderful to have someone you can trust with your best friend, to know that they are doing everything possible to help your pet through the tougher times in their lives, and I’ve found that in Doctor Lattig and Doctor Greer.
